Marie Hartter discusses the farm's chain of ownership and the possibility that she and her husband may sell the property; the Muecke family and agricultural land values. Also included in the collection are photocopies of Muecke family information, letters from Wilhelm Muecke to Alice Fratzke, a property deed issued to Fredrick Muecke by the Iowa Falls and Sioux City Railroad Company, and a deed issued by Fredrick Muecke to Julius Muecke.
